Software studio working worldwide
We build the softwareyour business runs on.
Websites, mobile apps, online stores and the internal systems behind them. Scoped in a week with a fixed price, built in weeks, and handed over in your name.
Fixed scope. Fixed price. You own the code.

Software fails when it is built for a company that does not exist. We start from how you already work, then take away what gets in the way.
What we build
An index of 45 services, grouped by the part of the business they sit in.
Most projects are one or two of these. Some are a dozen. If the thing you need is not on the list, it is almost certainly a variation of something that is.
Websites
Public facing, fast, and built to be found.
- Marketing websites
- A site that loads in under a second and reads like your business, not a template.
- Landing pages
- One page built around one action, with the tracking wired up before launch.
- Customer portals
- A logged in area where clients see their orders, invoices, files and history.
- Multi language sites
- Two or more languages from one codebase, with the hreflang set so every version ranks.
- Content platforms
- An editor your team can actually use, without a developer in the loop.
- Website rebuilds
- A fast, accessible replacement for a site that has stopped keeping up.
Mobile apps
One codebase, both stores, published in your name.
- iOS and Android apps
- Native feel on both platforms, shipped under your own developer accounts.
- Progressive web apps
- Installs from the browser, works offline, and skips app store review entirely.
- Loyalty and membership apps
- Points, tiers and rewards tied to the system you already use for sales.
- Delivery and driver apps
- Live job lists, route handover and proof of delivery captured from a phone.
- App store submission
- Listings, screenshots, privacy declarations and the review cycle, handled.
Commerce
Selling, charging, and getting paid correctly.
- Online storefronts
- Product, cart and checkout built around how you actually price and ship.
- Payment integration
- Stripe, Adyen, PayPal or a local gateway wired in, with reconciliation that balances.
- Subscriptions and billing
- Plans, proration, failed payment recovery and invoices your accountant accepts.
- Booking and reservations
- Availability, deposits, reminders and a cancellation policy that actually holds.
- Quoting and estimates
- Configurable quotes that become an order without anyone retyping them.
- Marketplace platforms
- Two sided listings, vendor payouts, commission splits and dispute handling.
Operations
The internal software your team lives in all day.
- Internal admin tools
- The screen your team works from, replacing the spreadsheet that finally broke.
- Inventory management
- Stock across every location, with counts, transfers and low stock alerts.
- Order management
- One place where an order moves from received to fulfilled, visible to everyone.
- CRM and pipelines
- Contacts, deals and follow ups shaped around your sales process, not a vendor's.
- Scheduling and rostering
- Shifts, capacity and availability, with conflicts caught before you publish.
- Approval workflows
- Requests that route to the right person, and stop dead when they should.
- Document generation
- Contracts, invoices and reports produced as PDFs straight from live data.
Hospitality and retail
Front of house, back of house, and the till.
- Restaurant ordering
- QR menus and table ordering that land in the kitchen without a middle step.
- Digital menu management
- Prices, photos and availability updated once and live on every channel.
- Kitchen display systems
- Tickets on a screen, timed and ordered, with nothing lost between counter and pass.
- Table reservations
- Floor plan, covers, deposits and a no show policy you can enforce.
- Point of sale integration
- Your till, your online orders and your stock all reading the same numbers.
Trades and field work
Software for work that happens away from a desk.
- Field service dispatch
- Jobs assigned, scheduled and tracked from the office through to the van.
- Job and site tracking
- Progress, photos and sign off recorded on site, not written up that evening.
- Made to measure systems
- Measurements, fittings and garment history per client, for tailors and studios.
- Client intake forms
- Structured intake that lands in your system instead of somebody's inbox.
- Maintenance and asset logs
- Service history, warranties and the next due date for every asset you own.
Data and AI
Moving data between systems, and reading it back.
- API design and integration
- Clean APIs of your own, and dependable connections to the ones you rely on.
- Accounting and ERP sync
- Sales, invoices and stock flowing into Xero, QuickBooks or SAP without rekeying.
- Data migration
- Years of records moved off the old system with nothing silently dropped.
- Reporting dashboards
- The five numbers you check every morning, on one screen, always current.
- Document and form extraction
- Invoices, receipts and forms read automatically and filed as structured data.
- Assistants on your own data
- A support or internal assistant that answers from your documents and cites them.
Platform and delivery
How it runs, how fast it is, and who holds the keys.
- Cloud infrastructure
- Deployed on Cloudflare, Vercel or AWS inside your own account, never ours.
- Performance work
- Core Web Vitals fixed and then held, with a budget that fails the build.
- Technical SEO builds
- Crawlable structure, structured data and clean canonicals from the first commit.
- Security review
- Authentication, access control, dependencies and secrets checked before launch.
- Handover and documentation
- A runbook, an architecture note and a local setup that works for the next developer.
Approach
Five commitments, all of them checkable.
- 01
Scoped before it is built
You get a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date before any code exists. Nothing starts until you have read all three and agreed.
- 02
Live in weeks, not quarters
Most engagements go live between four and ten weeks after the scope is signed, because the scope does not move and the stack is one we know cold.
- 03
You own every part of it
Source code, domains, hosting, payment accounts and app store listings are created in your name from the first day. There is nothing to reclaim later.
- 04
Built to be handed off
Tests, a runbook and a working local setup ship with the project, so the next developer can pick it up without an introduction from us.
- 05
One person accountable
You talk to the person writing the code. There is no account manager translating your problem into a ticket and back again.
Process
Three steps, and you know the price after the first one.
01Week one
Scope
A call, then a written scope with a fixed price and a date. It costs you nothing and it is yours to keep, whoever ends up building it.
02Weeks two to ten
Build
A working staging URL from the first week, updated as it grows. You use it and redirect while it is being built, not after.
03Launch week
Hand over
Deployed into your own accounts with documentation, a runbook and thirty days of support included at no extra cost.
Questions
The things people ask before the first call.
What does a project cost?
There is no price list, because there is no standard project. Every engagement is quoted individually: after the first call you get a written scope naming exactly what will be built, with one fixed figure against it and a delivery date. That figure does not move unless you change what you asked for. The scope costs you nothing and you are under no obligation once you have it.
How long does it take?
Scoping takes about a week from the first call. Build time depends on what is in the scope, but most projects go live between four and ten weeks after you sign it. You get a working staging URL in the first build week, so you are watching it come together rather than waiting for a reveal.
Do I actually own the code?
Yes, and not just at the end. The repository, the hosting account, the domain, the payment accounts and any app store listings are created in your name at the start. You have admin access throughout. If you decide to stop mid project, you keep everything built up to that point.
What do you build with?
TypeScript on both ends. React and Astro for interfaces, Node and Cloudflare Workers on the server, Postgres or Convex for data, and React Native for mobile. Hosting on Cloudflare, Vercel or AWS depending on where the rest of your systems live. These are ordinary, well documented choices, which is the point: the next developer will already know them.
Can you work with the system we already have?
Usually yes. Most work involves connecting to something already running: an accounting package, a point of sale, a warehouse system, a booking platform. If it has an API we integrate with it. If it does not, there is normally still a route in through exports, a database replica or a scheduled sync.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes. That starts with a short review of the existing code and infrastructure, usually two to three days, ending in a written assessment of what is sound, what needs replacing and what it would take to finish. You can act on that with us or without us.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of support is included, covering anything that does not behave the way the scope says it should. After that you can take it in house, hand it to your own developer, or keep us on a monthly retainer for changes and maintenance. None of those options is locked in by the way the project is built.
What if the scope changes halfway through?
It often does. New work is quoted as its own small scope with its own figure, and you decide whether it goes into this build or the next one. Nothing is added silently and nothing appears on an invoice that you have not agreed to first.
Who will I be talking to?
