Privacy

This site collects as little as it can. There is no advertising pixel, no social widget and nothing that follows you to another website. Apart from aggregate page counts, the only information Bothlines receives is what you choose to send.

What is collected

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, company, budget range, service area and message you enter are sent to direksethi@bothlines.comand stored in that mailbox. If you email directly, the same applies to the contents of your email.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs including IP address, user agent and requested URL for a short retention period as part of running and protecting the network. Bothlines does not query those logs to build a profile of any visitor.

Why it is collected

Solely to reply to you and to scope work you have asked about. Your details are never sold, never rented, and never added to a mailing list.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as there is a live conversation or an active engagement, and for up to two years afterwards for tax and contractual records. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Page counts

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports how many times a page was viewed and roughly where in the world the views came from. It sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, does not fingerprint your device and cannot follow you to any other site. There is no per visitor record to request or delete, because none is created.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare, as the host and network provider for this site.
• Resend, which delivers the contact form message as an email.
• The email provider hosting the direksethi@bothlines.com mailbox.

No one else. Bothlines does not share enquiry data with subcontractors, partners or advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email direksethi@bothlines.com and you will get a reply within one business day. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the same rights apply under the GDPR, and the legal basis for handling your enquiry is legitimate interest in responding to it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage, including for the page counts described above. There is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
